Eclectic Web Site Design is committed to the privacy and trust of it's clients. For that reason these Policies are strictly adhered to!

Confidentiality Policy

It is the policy of Eclectic Web Site Design that all confidential information (name, phone number, postal and email address, credit card information, etc..) will not be used, sold, or given away to any third parties in which services are not being sought. The clients personal information will only be accessible by designated staff and businesses for which the client has supplied the information in order to obtain services.

No Computer Tracking

Eclectic Web Site Design's web site is not set up to track, distribute, resell, or exchange personal information with any outside parties. All information will be kept confidential and only used by the the service provider and/or providers.

Eclectic Web Site Design does not accept any responsibility for the use and misuse of personal information by any of the participating parties who are supplying a service! Therefore, it is strongly suggested the client review in whole the terms & conditions, privacy policy, and all other policies of any of the other service providers, ie hosting services, domain name registration services, etc...

Eclectic Web Site Design does track certain specific information about visitors to the site, ie statistics that show the daily number of visitors to the site, the direction from which visitors came, and frequently used search words. This information is used solely by Eclectic Web Site Design for the purpose of providing better services to my clients and visitors.

Extended Responsibility

This site may contain links to other sites. Eclectic Web Site Design is in no way responsible for the policies, practices, use or misuse of personal information provided to any of those sites.

Invoicing and Payment Policy

Invoicing & Payment

Eclectic Web Site Design will invoice domain name registration and hosting services when the registration is complete and services are verified. Since this will be an out of pocket expense payment will be expected within 10 days of the date of the invoice.

Eclectic Web Site Design will invoice services in two phases: 1. when the web site has been previewed and you are certain that you wish to acquire my services you will be billed an initial $160, which will be applied to the final total cost of the development, design, and registration of your web site. This also acts as a security deposit upon your agreement and purchasing of my services. The $160 will be nonrefundable should you agree to acquire my services then back out after work has already been started. 2. when the web site is launched you will be billed for the remaing costs of the web site design service, costs of domain name registration fees, cost of hosting services, , and other miscellaneous expenses pertaining to your web site that is out of my pocket.

Eclectic Web Site Design will bill you monthly for maintenance fees if totals are $15.00 or more. If under $15.00 the total will roll over to the next month billing.

Payment may be made by major credit card, personal check, business check, or money order. Let me know that you want to pay by major credit card and I will send you an e-invoice via PayPal secure payment service.

Delinquent Accounts

By acquiring my services you (the customer) agree that you will send payment promptly and according to the payment plan above. If a payment has been delinquent for 60 days or more I reserve the right to add an additional 10% of the net balance and for each additional billing period the account is delinquent. If the account is delinquent for more than 90 days I reserve the right to remove any and all html files from the server until balance and accrued interest is paid in full. If the balance remains unpaid I reserve the right to pursue payment via the state of Florida Small Claims Court.
