Pricing Policy


Eclectic Web Site Design charges a flat rate of $80.00 a web page! That's it!

If you've been searching for a web site designer and have been browsing all the various designer's sites, I'm sure you've noticed one thing! A lot of them are EXPENSIVE! A lot of them can cost any where from $50.00 to $100.00 an hour, or charge $100 and up for every page built! Or you have to search to find just exactly what prices they charge, which some charge extra for various things like flash movies, setting up the domain names and hosting services, etc...!

At Eclectic Web Site Design I charge a rate of $80.00 a web page to build your site and that's it! That's an average saving's of $20.00 a web page! How can I offer such a low price? It's simple! I work from home and have no other employees to pay. Basically, I have no overhead costs. This translates into a quality web site for you that is affordable!

Invoicing & Payment

Eclectic Web Site Design will invoice domain name registration and hosting services when the registration is complete and services are verified. Since this will be an out of pocket expense payment will be expected within 10 days of the date of the invoice.

Eclectic Web Site Design will invoice services in two phases: 1. when the web site has been previewed and you are certain that you wish to acquire my services you will be billed an initial $160, which will be applied to the final total cost of the development, design, and registration of your web site. This also acts as a security deposit upon your agreement and purchasing of my services. The $160 will be nonrefundable should you agree to acquire my services then back out after work has already been started.
2. when the web site is launched you will be billed for the remaing costs of the web site design service, costs of domain name registration fees, cost of hosting services, , and other miscellaneous expenses pertaining to your web site that is out of my pocket.


Eclectic Web Site Design will bill you monthly for maintenance fees in the amount of $15.00 an hour for website maintenance (i.e. updates, dead link removal etc...). If under $15.00 the total will roll over to the next month billing.

Payment may be made by credit card, personal check, business check, or money order. Let me know that you want to pay by major credit card and I will send you an e-invoice via PayPal secure payment service.

Delinquent Accounts

By acquiring my services you (the customer) agree that you will send payment promptly and according to the payment plan above. If a payment has been delinquent for 60 days or more I reserve the right to add an additional 10% of the net balance and for each additional billing period the account is delinquent. If the account is delinquent for more than 90 days I reserve the right to remove any and all html files from the server until balance and accrued interest is paid in full. If the balance remains unpaid I reserve the right to pursue payment via the state of Florida Small Claims Court.
